Bichromatic zinc is a post-process passivation procedure for alkaline zinc or zinc bath with a layer determined by the standard or customer specification. It offers high resistance to white and red corrosion.
They are heat treatments containing chromium IV and are used with specific characteristics on a given metal surface. This protection of bichromatic zinc, exists in two different shades, white (white zinc plated) and yellow zinc (bichromatic zinc).
